Guest Users in Lens

You can now collaborate on a Lens brand with users who are not part of your core team. This is especially useful for agencies working with clients—now you can share a Lens account directly with them, even if they don’t already have a Foreplay account.

How to Invite a Guest User

1. Go to Account Settings

2. Select the Lens account you want to invite a guest to

3. Scroll down to Guest Users

4. Click Invite Guest

5. Enter their email and send the guest invite.

What Happens Next?

1. If the guest already has a Foreplay account:
   They’ll receive an email invitation and can start collaborating on the Lens immediately.

2. If the guest does not have a Foreplay account:
   They’ll receive an email prompting them to create a Guest Account.

   • Guest Accounts are free.

   • All other Foreplay features will remain locked for Guest Accounts.

   • They’ll only have access to the Lens you shared with them.
