Foreplay is better with friends. Learn how to create teams and manage permissions for rockstar creative collaboration.

Create a Team

To invite users to your Foreplay account and unlock Whitelabel Settings you must create a team.

  1. Go to “Team” on the Account Settings page

  2. Click “Create a Team”

  3. Enter a team name

  4. Upload your logo (Choose a square logo with background for the best appearance)

  5. Click “Create Team”

Invite Team Member

Additional team members in addition to what is included in your subscription will cost $20 per month. You can learn more about Foreplay pricing here.

  1. Go to “Team” on the Account Settings page

  2. Click “Invite New Team Member”

  3. Enter your team member’s email

  4. Click “Invite”

ℹ️ Your team member will receive an invite email. If they already have a Foreplay account or trial under this email, their data will be transferred to the team account.

Remove Team Member

  1. Go to “Team” on the Account Settings page

  2. Click “Remove” on the team member you want to remove.

ℹ️ When you remove a team member, This will revoke their access to team resources. You can invite them back anytime if needed.

✅ The user will retain a copy of the ads they've saved, as well as their created boards, folders, briefs, comments, and tags.

✅ Your team will still have all of their contributions.

⛔ The user will not retain access to manually uploaded content or spyders, as these are owned by the team.

Delete a Team

  1. Go to “Team” on the Account Settings page

  2. Click “Delete Team” (You cannot delete a team with active members)

ℹ️ When you delete a team you will lose access to data contributed by other users. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
